Picturesque residential golf and lifestyle estates located in the scenic Garden Route, particularly George, Knysna and Mossel Bay offer the relaxed and undemanding lifestyle residents are seeking.

1. Fancourt – George

Spanning 613 hectares, this pristine estate has over five kilometres of cycling, running and walking trails, four restaurants, tennis courts, a gym, a cinema, an indoor heated pool, and an outdoor pool.

Safety is a priority and strict access control and perimeter security ensure the complete safety of Fancourt’s residents and their families.

Divided into six individual housing groups, fashionable freestanding homes in various architectural styles range from around R5 million for a three-bedroom home, to R45 million for a secluded five-bedroom stately home. Vacant plots can be acquired for R2 million should you wish to build your own dream home.

2. Pezula Golf Estate – Knysna

Situated on top of craggy cliffs and with each home having one or more of its breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean, the Knysna Lagoon and the Outeniqua Mountains, Pezula, truly lives up to its meaning, “up high with the gods”.

Local and international golfers visit the challenging award-winning Championship Golf Course, designed by David Dale and Ronald Fream, which is rated amongst the best and most scenic golf courses in the world.

Bordering the private Noetzie beach and Sinclair Nature Reserve, and rehabilitated to its original vegetation, nature enthusiasts enjoy hiking and horse-riding trails and birding in and around the estate.
