Looking at a charming bathroom design every morning can start the day with a happy and relaxed mood. The experience of taking a therapeutic shower can jolt you up and make the droopy eyelids as fresh as you get after having a cup of coffee.

And when you have an incredible view from your bathroom window, a yoga place won’t be needed, as that fresh look of nature can calm your senses and get you ready for the day ahead.

There are many aspects of bathroom remodeling that can transform the ambiance and make it appear more magical. So much for that old thinking of bathrooms being there for one’s basic needs, cleaning up and washing oneself.

In the present world, there are plenty of pretty things available or interesting ideas that we can install in our homes, which will make it feel majestic. Some of these are described in the list below:

#1 – Using the science fiction theme

Science fiction ideas can be found everywhere, such as movies, T-shirts, shoes, even makeup brands are using names of planets for their new editions of products. Go figure!

So, why not use such a dynamic theme in home décor?

This doesn’t mean you will add dangling solar systems in the bathroom, yet, the color schemes might have elements of electric blue, or some of the fixtures might give it somewhat of a science lab impression.

#2 – Exposed plumbing

When you think about the pipes hidden inside the walls, it seems like a waste of material for some designs.

Therefore, a somewhat unique plumbing design can be used whereby it’s exposed in the shower stall, whereby the actual pipes are used as an embellishment at the same time.

#3 – Use white color

The complete white image of the bathroom walls is quite gracious because it gives the place a spacious look.

It shouldn’t be a surprise to see that you could spice up your old ( stuff and dull?) bathroom style by removing those tiles and adding some white color to the room!

#4 – The pretty pinks

Very dull shades of pink can be used in a combination so that the bathroom looks just perfect but not too flashy.

This outdated stereotype where “pink is the feminine color” is quite obsolete now, so you can now take baby pink to salmon pink and all the shades in between to use as patterns on those walls!

A dull (pink) bathtub might just be a perfect fit when you pair it up with gold fittings.

#5 – Tiles or marble

Not sure which material to use? Don’t worry – go with tiles or marble and you’ll be good to go, as either of those is quite popular. Obviously, each has its own advantages/disadvantages, but in the end, marble being the natural stone will outlast any other.

#6 – Vinyl Floors

Vinyl is the most water-resistant material used in home décor and you can add any design and print to the vinyl sheets of demand.

This material tends to be used when the bathroom remodeling involves a printed wall or patterns on the floor.

#7 – The frameless glass shower enclosure

The shower door is quite a new addition to bathrooms, whereby we’re happy to leave those dated shower curtains in the previous century!

Designing a shower stall allows one to choose amongst many different styles, but obviously, in order to achieve that frameless result, the door has to be manufactured with glass to have the desired look for your bathroom

#8 – Elegant and useful faucets

This element of the bathroom needs special consideration because they are not only related to appearance, but also used quite a lot if the house has many residents.

The taps and faucets need to be convenient in use. If you want the old school tap designs, the quality needs to be flawless. However, the choice of advanced sensor-activated taps needs high-quality apparatus to work perfectly every time you take the hand under it.

#9 – Statement mirrors

Mirrors in the bathroom come in many shapes and forms, such as the perfect pentagon or asymmetrical shape. Even if you were to pick a statement mirror with an ancient theme, it would be a perfect fit if that were the look you’re going for.

#10 – Room with a view

We all know how the bedroom views can be to die for, so why not try to achieve something similar in the bathroom? After all, you’d be able to start your day on a great note as you enjoy that the first thing in the morning!
