Waverly Hills mature their wine in Franch Oak Barrels and approximately produce 120,000 bottles per annum. Working with nature is a top priority at Waverly Hills Organic Wine Farm. The farm is fortunate to have enough fertile, yellow clay terrain, impregnated with river stone which result in well-drained soils with excellent water capacity.
