The cottages are marketed on various online booking platforms such as Booking, Lekkerslaap, and Airbnb, and a good income is derived from bookings.
There is a swimming pool situated amongst the citrus orchard and the gardens are well-kept with plenty of large trees which add to a unique setting. Staff accommodation for two families is provided.
The farm has 40 000 m? registered water usage rights from the Jan Dissels River from where water is fed through furrows to the surrounding farms. Water is extracted directly from the furrow and goes through four filters before it enters the dwellings. The farm has one big pump for the orchards and a small pump for the dwellings. There are also two backup pumps for both sizes pumps. The water quality is very good. The average annual rainfall is ? 369 mm.
