The farm is located 50 km North-West of Bethlehem
10 km East of Lindley, 45 km West of Reitz

NATURAL PASTURE
2 638 ha Very good mixed red grass pasture divided into 78 camps, all supplied with water by means of troughs, streams and a river.
A large livestock unit is 4 ha

586 ha Sandy loam lands where crop rotation is done with maize, soybeans and sunflowers.

The long-term yield
Maize: 6 - 7 tons per hectare

IRRIGATION LANDS
50 ha Irrigated lands by means of:
- 20 ha Valley Pivot point with 65/200 pump with 22 kW motor.
- 30 ha Permanent sprinkler irrigation with 80/200 pump with 30 kW motor.
There is additional potential for 2 x 25 ha centre pivots as well as a 10 ha centre pivot.

Total registered water rights: 474,700 m per year (for approximately 110 ha) from the Vals river.

WATER
