This chalet is a thatch-covered stone cottage converted from a chapel built at the viewing point. It is a romantic 1-bedroom unit with private bathroom, open plan living and dining area with kitchenette, deck and sparkling splash pool overlooking the valley below. The bedroom has a king-sized four-poster bed is centered in the room with windows on either side, giving it a spacious atmosphere with plenty of light. The private bathroom leads off from the main bedroom and has a shower, toilet and basin. Access to this cottage is via a steep staircase but the entire unit is on one level and there is a cosy boma leading off from the deck via a short staircase. An evening beside a roaring fire in the bush can be quite romantic, especially since this unit only sleeps two guests.

Chalet 3:
Sleeps: 8 in four bedrooms
This self-catering unit is situated at the lower level at the foot of the two farm dams. With a private entrance, patio and barbeque area, the unit boasts a modern and comfortable interior, which comprise a spacious living / dining area with kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen features a large island with a four-plate stove with oven, fridge/freezer combination and microwave oven. The four bedrooms, each with a double bed, offer views of the surrounding bushveld and all lead off from the living area. The bathrooms, two of which are en suite, have a shower, while the third bathroom has a bath and shower

Chalet 4:
Unit A sleeps: 4 in two bedrooms
This is two combined Cottages. It’s a rustic six-sleeper log cabin with private swimming pool and shared barbeque area in a lush setting of trees and shrubs which offers a very private hideaway for nature lovers. The two units each have its own private entrance. Unit A is a charming wooden cabin constructed on one level and situated next to an old orange orchard. This cosy unit features an appealing outside wooden deck in front with a seating area to the far left and is perfect for two couples. Unit A’s entrance goes into a rustic living area that leads into the kitchen. Its wooden couches are decorated with comfy cushions and the wooden interiors are repeated in the kitchen that features a beautiful dining room table with benches, a fridge/freezer, three-plate electric stove, microwave as well as a kettle and toaster. Unit B sleeps: 4 in two bedrooms

The unit’s main middle-storey living area is accessed through a steep flight of wooden stairs that lead up to a patio surrounded by trees. The lounge area features comfortable couches and wooden chairs, coffee table and a flat screen TV with select DSTV channels. Another flight of stairs leads up to the bedroom on the third level, with its private balcony overlooking the trees. Chalet 5:
Sleeps: 8 in four bedrooms
This self-catering unit is also situated at the lower level at the foot of the two farm dams. It offers standard accommodation in its four bedrooms that all lead off from the main living area. To the left are two bedrooms; the main one has a comfortable king-sized bed, while the other has two twin beds. These bedrooms have access to a shared private bathroom with bath, basin and toilet. Opposite are two bedrooms with king-size beds, percale linen and their own private en suite bathrooms with shower, toilet and basin. There is small, but well-equipped. The natural exterior finish melts away in the bushveld surroundings, making you feel right at home in the Waterberg setting

Additional structures:
There is Managers House which consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and it can sleep up to 8 people. this house can also be divided into two units that sleeps 4 each.
There is a reception to welcome guests on arrival and a very unique glass venue that can accommodate up to 80 people. There is 1 x Boma for outdoor functions that can accommodate up to 40 people.

5) GAME FARM DETAIL
This is a game farms that won several Best Value Awards form Afristay.

Game Farm in extend of ±64Hectares
Situated in a malaria free area, this Jewel of a game farm is ecologically superb with a rich mix of the typical mixed bushveld attractive large boekenhout and seringa trees with beautiful mountains, Rocky ridges with incredible views and plains for grazers. The entrance gate is located on a 4.5km distance gravel road.

Roads
The farm has limited roads, but all roads give good access to all major sections of the farm. The farm has several kilometers of hiking trails as well.

Game Fence
