Just have a look .....
An eagle swirls high above and suddenly sees an incredible structure. On taking a closer look he sees humans having a braai and swimming in the heated swimming pool. He thinks to himself that they probably have an excellent view, just like he has from up high. Then he decides to go even closer as he knows the people won't notice him because they are too busy laughing and eating. He slips in through the back door. He sees the washing lines on the one side and plants on the other side. Silently he walks into the kitchen area. The high ceilings attracts his attention and he wishes he could have the same finishes in his nest. Mother Eagle would really be very impressed with him. He jumps up on the wooden cupboard and sees a gas stove with a steaming pot on it. He doesn't want to go closer because it already feels hot. Then he sees huge pieces of meat on another cupboard. He lands on the granite top and cannot believe how many ready cut meat there is. He takes one and silently leaves again through the back door, just sitting outside taking a bite or two. It is so delicious. It must be his lucky day!
One of the people comes in from the pool and goes to the kitchen just around the corner to get something to drink, not realizing what had just happened. He also goes past the scullery to the one bedroom flat to fetch his camera to capture some memories. He glances through the trellidoors and sees the flat's covered braai and entertainment area. He gets a feeling of deja vu.
The eagle decides that it is better to take his meat back to the nest and leaves just in time to avoid discovery.
Meanwhile, the children decide to join their parents for a swim and leave their spacious bedrooms with built-in cupboards. One of the girls stands in the study's door to give her brother a fright when she hears him coming. Both laugh after he shrieked, then run outside.
More people arrive and park on the paved area in front of the huge double garage (which is bigger than the standard size and is plumbed for an additional flat one day)
Everyone is welcomed with open arms and invited through to the entertainment area to enjoy a meal of steak and homegrown veg. And life goes on ....
Till this day they wonder why there wasn't enough steak for everyone!
But we know what happened!
But did you also know that there is a huge pantry cupboard on your way to the kitchen, a huge garage for your caravan, boat and about another three cars? Or the separate toilet and bedroom upstairs? So come and have a look for yourself if you are a serious buyer. You will know that you can live here forever. And, come and have a look at the eagle!
